Arsh Engineering manufactures process reactors in Pune for chemical, pharmaceutical, dyestuff and speciality-chemical plants. Our range covers limpet coil reactors, jacketed process reactors, SS reactors and agitated chemical reactors, each built around your batch volume, operating pressure and temperature.
Shells are rolled on our 2500 mm plate-rolling machine, dished ends are formed on a 300-ton hydraulic press, and every reactor is TIG-welded and hydro-tested before dispatch. Choose SS 304, SS 316, SS 310, duplex steel or alloys such as Inconel, titanium and Monel to match your chemistry.

Which process reactors do you manufacture?
We manufacture 5 types: Limpet Coil Reactor, Process Reactor, Air Core Reactor, SS Reactor and Chemical Reactor. Each is built to your specification at our works in Pune, Maharashtra.
Can you build process reactors to my drawing or data sheet?
Yes. Our in-house CAD/CAM design team prepares GA drawings from your process data — capacity, design pressure and temperature, nozzle orientation and material of construction — for your approval before fabrication.
What materials do you use for process reactors?
SS 304, SS 316, SS 310, duplex stainless steel and mild steel as standard, with Inconel, titanium, Monel, copper and brass available for demanding duties.
