Chemical Reactor manufacturer in Pune

Arsh Engineering manufactures process reactors in Pune for chemical, pharmaceutical, dyestuff and speciality-chemical plants. Our range covers limpet coil reactors, jacketed process reactors, SS reactors and agitated chemical reactors, each built around your batch volume, operating pressure and temperature.

Shells are rolled on our 2500 mm plate-rolling machine, dished ends are formed on a 300-ton hydraulic press, and every reactor is TIG-welded and hydro-tested before dispatch. Choose SS 304, SS 316, SS 310, duplex steel or alloys such as Inconel, titanium and Monel to match your chemistry.

What materials can the chemical reactor be built in?

We fabricate the chemical reactor in SS 304, SS 316, SS 310, duplex stainless steel or mild steel, and in Inconel, titanium, Monel, copper or brass on request — chosen to suit your process fluid, pressure and temperature.

Can the chemical reactor be customised?

Yes. Every unit is engineered to your process data sheet — capacity, design pressure and temperature, nozzle orientation and material of construction — with GA drawings prepared in-house on CAD for your approval.

How is it tested before dispatch?

Each unit is hydraulically tested on our test set-up (rated to 350 bar), along with pneumatic, leakage and dimensional tolerance checks, before it leaves our Pune works.

Do you supply outside Pune and Maharashtra?

Yes. We deliver by road across India with tailor-made packaging for safe transit.
