Industrial Evaporator manufacturer in Pune, India
We design and fabricate industrial evaporators — falling film evaporators, chemical evaporators and calandria evaporators — for concentration duties in the sugar, food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Each evaporator is engineered to your evaporation rate, feed properties and available utilities, with shell-and-tube heating elements, vapour separators and nozzles fabricated in-house at our Pune works and tested before they leave.

Which industrial evaporators do you manufacture?
We manufacture 4 types: Falling Film Evaporator, Chemical Evaporator, Calandria Evaporator and Industrial Evaporator. Each is built to your specification at our works in Pune, Maharashtra.
Can you build industrial evaporators to my drawing or data sheet?
Yes. Our in-house CAD/CAM design team prepares GA drawings from your process data — capacity, design pressure and temperature, nozzle orientation and material of construction — for your approval before fabrication.
What materials do you use for industrial evaporators?
SS 304, SS 316, SS 310, duplex stainless steel and mild steel as standard, with Inconel, titanium, Monel, copper and brass available for demanding duties.
